After more than 30 years running and acting as the lead cook for Tony's Restaurant in Henderson, Chris Sinclair decided to focus on producing Benoffee pies and associated products.
Lockdowns and the after affects of Covid reduced the benefits of running an operation the size of his Henderson restaraunt.
In the final days of the restaurant the popularity of Benoffee pies was a bright spot, so Chris decided to continue providing them to the public.
